Get a shirt you like (I got one from Hartford) and get a tape measure and copy it. Oh and start off with cheap Oxford cloths. The sky blue is good (thicker than your average mall tier shirt). Luxire do a trial shirt that is cheap and that you can send back for modifications.

Oh and a tip. Always make your shirts long. I made all mine 80cm and they tuck in great.

I consider derby brogues to be a quintessential casual/country shoe. The Pembroke model by crockett and Jones is a good example. I guess compared to a whole-cut Oxford they are much more casual but calling them sneakers is a bit much...
