Hello wt.

The citizen cosmotron gx was a clone of the accutron 219. Citizen and Bulova shared many tuning fork designs in tbe 70s and citizen in fact produced parts for Bulova - although the index wheels continued to be produced by Bulova, since they considered the process to be a trade secret. The 219 was derived from the 218, with one of the coils on the tuning fork replaced with an inactive weight to save power.
