More chest/arm muscle (funct and aesth). Develop further visual vascularity in arms and around waist. Lose last of belly (love handles gone. 31" waist now, 39.5"" chest. Looking for 41-42" chest and 31" waist.
> method/routine
Lost 40lbs+ in 2yrs by just taking less calories (poorfag, not by choice). January 2016 started elliptical (high intensity @ 100rpm at least) for 20min every morning. 4/7 days I do 30-40min of strength training, 5x5 with 80-90% max weight. Mix of machine, free weights, rowing, and body weight (push up/pull up). When no longer skinnyfat, I will be where I want. By that point, muscles will be good enough. Don't want to get swole or anything. Probably another 6mo of work.
