2 weeks isn't weird for 'no loss', and given how little you exercise you're still pretty sedentary (iirc, under 5k steps is sedentary?). 4lbs in a month is also pretty normal and the recommended speed of weight loss on this board. You're doing fine, you're just very inactive and your weight is dropping.

If you get stuck much longer sure, be concerned, but 2 weeks is nothing. You might be lacking certain nutrients if you're tired a lot though.

Their RMRs dropped by 100 after the competition. That is a really miniscule amount. This isn't starvation mode - starvation mode is the myth that if you eat too little you stop being able to lose weight. Yes, if you lose weight too fast you are susceptible to increased appetite and likelihood of gaining it all back, that's what we preach here but that isn't starvation mode. And metabolism can be fixed and dealt with, the issue is none of these fatties thought in the SIX years it took them to gain that weight back to actually do anything about it. You're the autist here for claiming this is at all proof that starvation mode exists.
