Did you actually expect someone to magically get rid of your problems over the internet? There's no "fix" to having shit self control other than forcing yourself to change. No one can help you other than yourself, and If you can't accept that reality then you'll never overcome your issues. That's why it's called SELF control.
What advice did you even expect from here? Someone offering to console you every time you give in to a craving? To me it seems that you're just looking for an easy way to shift responsibility off of yourself so you feel better when your self control fails yet again.
