instead of that, timex has miyota 8xxx automatics if you want to try them. The 34mm handwind marlin is very effay but the stats are soso.

If you still want a timex quartz for some reason you should get something like the timex q falxon eye, at least its interesting looking and not just plain oatmeal porridge

otherwise i fully recommend an orient. They are the new budget kings. Or a entry microbrand like vario/boldr.
