Guys I'd love some advice.

Female, 21, 5"4, 120lbs. All of the fat I gain goes to my legs, primarily my ass and now on my tummy. I still have nice visable collarbones, tiny wrists etc. but I wanna be overall tiny, not a pear shape baby elephant.

My issue is my cravings. I think I'm addicted to food. What do you guys do when you're craving food? I drink enough water btw. I'm always active, on my feet etc. I was wondering if nicotine would distract me from eating? Sounds retarded, I wouldn't start smoking, just chewing nicotine gum.

TLDR: I'm a fat fuck addicted to food and need advice on how to stop food cravings.
