Yeah, its important to use it correctly though - it doesn't work very well for me with my hair dry, so I usually blow dry beforehand.
What I do is I first blowdry my hair into the style using medium/cool heat after slightly gently towel drying after a shower, and then I work in the fiber with my hands, usually with about a finger tip amount.
Then I again blow dry and use my hands to style my hair with the clay w/e in my hair.
