So I just moved to Boulder Colorado and honestly I think I need to upgrade to a warmer jacket if I'm gonna continue biking. It was about 40-50 yesterday and even though I was just wearing a t-shirt and a Uniqlo parka, I still imagine that my usual warm stuff (Gloverall Duffel Coat and/or Spiewak field jacket) won't be enough when I'm biking about 10 minutes to class.

Suggestions? I'm kinda poor but I don't mind springing for something nice.

So I'll be honest on this last batch of samples people suggested me - I sorta couldn't remember the difference between them all and when I went to write shit, I just forgot. I didn't feel like going through them all again because I RECALLED hating them. I went through them again though and have some different opinions, and since like at least 1 anon enjoys my posts and recs, I figured I'd post this on my niche samples I tried even though I've sat on them for over two months i think.

>Le Labo - Bergamote 22
goat. I get the hype now, although I didn't the first time. This fragrance combines notes of citrus and floral notes in perhaps one of the finest fragrances of its kind. It opens into a sharp citrus, that dries down int a nice and pleasant blend that is still citrusy, but shows off its floral notes more and more as it dries down. Very pleasant, great performance and longevity. Highly recommend.

>Le Labo - Neroli 36
Instead of starting citrusy, it starts with more floral notes and some of the citrus comes out as it dries down (although not that much) Is this a bad fragrance? Nah, it's nice and pleasant. But I can't help but feeling that there are far better options for a floral scent if that's what you are into. Longevity is still quite nice, however.

>Atelier Cologne Orange Sanguine
HOLY SHIT THIS IS AWFUL FUCK
It doesn't smell like oranges I've ever smelled. It smells like soap. I'm not being funny, it is literally fucking soap. God. And the worst part of the whole thing is that it has good performance so I could smell it on me the whole fucking day. Whoever made this needs to be shot on sight. What a fucking cunt.
