That end was kind of extra agressive, just realized it. In any way at 24bmi you shouldn't cut your diet to under 3/4 of your TDEE for your first week or so, after that you can probably go down as you feel, just, you know, don't go much past 18/24/36 hour fasting cycles, otherwise it'll just be inneficient as your metabolic rate drops together with your insulin levels.

And if you're doing over 24h of fasting get some salted juice at 12h, 24h and 36h mark if doing 36h cycles, but move the juice cycle to 16h if you choose 48h fasting cycles or 24h if you go for 72+, but, seriously, increase amount accordingly, which, i honestly can't help with due to it being dependant on a lot of small shit you'd have to take exams to and i'm not a professional, just a random ana anon.

For salted juice my personal mix is at 1g salt and 16g sugar/litre, which, i know, it sounds like a lot of salt but i live on a tropical country and, even then if you're in for long periods of time taking 1g of salt a day isn't nearly a problem as you aren't getting any other source of salt. But you could always just cut on the salt ammount. Also the ammount of sugar(16g) is more than enough to increase your insulin levels midday to avoid your metabolism going slower for the day. I usually take it 500ml a cycle but i've seen anons who do way more than that. Also water, drink water the fucking entire time, you'll need it, dehidratation also slows your metabolism and slows fat and muscle breakdown. Getting gatorade and similar is alsoa option but i personally find that they have way more sugar than i'd usually take.
