I've had this pimple or whatever on my nose for like two months now. The first days it had a white cap, so I carefully removed it with steam and a blackhead remover, which I usually do if it's necessary. This method has never left any scars or anything.

It's still here. I don't touch it or anything, but it's still this hilly thing on my nose. No white top, just some brown black skin which feels and looks like a crust. It has been two months now and it won't go away. It didn't even get noticeably smaller or anything.

What is it and how do I get rid of it?
