Also I had my bodyfat measured at a bodyworlds exhibit recently and it came out as like 7% and i think im kinda similar to his body. Not sure how accurate the test was tho- probably not very

I eat anything I want I just stay under my calorie goal. Sometimes if i eat like shit and go 100/200 calories over my goal for the day I feel like I’ll see it in my body the next day and my face will look fat and my body will look pusgy to me but I think thats just like mild body dysmorphia or something- ive talked to other people who feel the same
