I recently had a good laugh reading a thread on fragrantica with people discussing the best smelling oud and going over the top with rationalizations for their choices. What made it funny was knowing that Tom Ford uses nothing else than plain Givaudan's oud. I can't imagine that anyone with a connection to internet is able to still shit on arabian copies of these scents using literally the same ingredients.
