I obviously don't know your financial situation, but if I were you, I would just try to find a cheap spot for the time being while shit blows over. Location is pretty unimportant right now when you're inside all day. The most important part is close access to a grocery store. I recently moved to Seattle as well, and I bounced around airbnb/temporary places while I found that "one" spot I /really/ liked.

Right now, there's a ton of college kids in the UW/Seattle U area moving back home since classes are now online, which means you can find cheapish rooms to sublet. That might be chill since it won't bind you to a lease. Sounds like you might prefer the Seattle U area, but there's less volume since it's a smaller school.

The furnishing is from the previous tenant, she did a great job, yeah. It's currently empty as I just moved in :\

There's a small closet that's big enough for a queen bed that I might set up so I can take full advantage of the living area.
