And for the record, I don't hate Raf or the shoe I simply don't get the obsession of the crazier velcros or the hi top velcros at all, I have yet to see a single fit where they look good and really work with rest of the fit.
Pic related are pretty nice in my opinion and they actually work reasonably well in plenty of fits.

A low/mid-priced sneaker (converse, vans, what-have-you) lasts for about 6-9 months if you wear it often before looking like total crap.
What about the super expensive designer sneaks (Raf, CP's), do they hold for longer?

I'm basically asking how much you're paying for longevity and durability and how much of the price is just the design.
