i need some help

wtf do i do with my hair to make it look remotely nice?

i like my hair long and i see lots of people with hair the same length as mine of longer and it looks really nice.

also i wear headphones 90% of the time which makes it look even weirder.

im also quite a fan of the androgynous look but idk how to do it
