What kind of acne is this and what's the best way to get rid of it?

My routine is:
>AM
>shower with hot water
>shave with 3-blade razor and Harry's Aloe shaving gel
>rinse with lukewarm water
>apply Nivea sensitive cooling post-shave balm

>PM
>rinse with hot water
>apply Cerave Foaming Cleanser (Normal to Oily)
>rinse with lukewarm water
>apply Cerave moisturizing lotion
>use Salicylic acid 2-3 times a week for whiteheads

I also:
>change pillow cases and sheets once a week
>avoid lipids, grease, and salt
>drink 6-8 glasses of water, no soda
>wash my mask once a week
>clean my phone screen once a week
>disinfect my razor after every shave
>wash bath towels once a week
>avoid touching my face
