So help me out here. I need new glasses soon, and I like frames like pic related. But I get the gut feeling that this sort of frame is going to be "out" soon. My question is, "What comes next?" Will it be frameless glasses that are "in" next, following the "slim it down" trend we seem to be seeing? Will things reverse, and go back to being thick frames? Will thin metal frames stay in, but square up?

I need a second opinion here, /fa/, my own is failing me.
