Raf Simons the NAME, the MAN, is now more widely known, due primarily to his appointments at Jil and now Dior. It sounds absurd but even in up until 2007 despite his critical acclaim and avant-garde credentials he still was not a huge marketable figure.

what individual pieces are more recognisable is also a purely contextual matter. here on /fa/ it might be his hideous new velcros, but from an industry standpoint there a few pieces less iconic than the pyramid/parachute/consumed bomber.
