Of you like this style right now, then to make it work everything has to fit, and by that I mean perfectly. Otherwise I would just browse inspo threads/fashion shows and find what you like. Build your knowledge up and then by, or if you really need a new wardrobe start with something very simple/minimal from a brand like AA/Uniqlo. From there though definitely try to branch out and find more interesting/higher quality brands.

Right now it's alright, you'll probsbly get compliments from normie bit it's not at all fashionable.

Also if it was me I would lose the flannel, but I'm biased as fuck. So if you like it don't listen to me.

Also also take all this advice with a grain of salt, your person taste is infinitely more important than someone else's opinions on your outfit if you like it and feel confident in it.
