Just as Modern Art is stale and finished, having tattoos is no longer counterculture. Keep your bodies clean, build them up with excellent health, exercise, diet, skincare and you will show the world you are a man in control of himself, far more than a $200 trip to the tattoo parlour for the latest "edgy" tattoo. Your aesthetic taste is not as unique as you think - your minimalist tattoos, your woodcarvings and anime and blackouts and rose leaves and face tattoos will be seen as the pocket watches and owls, the rose on the neck, the Tribal knotwork, Dolphins and butterflies for the next generation.

Having a powerful, clean, high functioning body is more of an indicator of character, resilience and strength than a full body suit tattoo. Every popular media tells you to sit at home, to smoke weed and game all day, to spend your money on materialism and buy Szechuan sauce, to seem edgy and to smash and rebel against some boogeyman or continue to beat the rotted corpse of traditionalism and masculinity. The rebellion and true independence from this is looking after yourself, having a family, looking after your people and venerating your history.

Venerate your bodies. Not all tattoos are degenerate, but the majority posted here are a result of your desire for artisanal manhood and pre packaged, harmless, state and media glorified rebellion is pathetic.

Also they give you cancer.
