Looks like Tres Bien x Our Legacy x Common Projects.
Greyhound have done a similar pair that I've seen at a few of their flagships in Bangkok. Common Projects has done similar pairs as well, like the Mountain Track, which is a very similar running sneaker upper on a vibram commando sole.
