Can anyone recommend me a good way to cut off the last of this flab that I can't seem to get rid of??? Like any methods to go for that won't make me just gain it back in a months time???
I eat pretty sparsely, but I eat good food (99% veggies and fruits and grains, oils and nuts, barely any processed stuff these days). I also exercise daily, yoga twice a day, early morning jog to the gym and work out 20~ minutes and jog back at least twice a week (i only like to go early in the morning, if I sleep in I won't do it) and I go for walks almost every evening usually after dinner.
I just can't get rid of this tummy fat. it's so persistent. I'm building myself up to get back into cardio cause it's really hard on my body and I've found I never stick at it when I try to just rush head first into it, but I think it's what I need to really start seeing results.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated. I'm sick of my thighs jiggling >:( and I want to have a flat stomach for once in my fucking life.
