Display back movements are a novelty for cucks. They are totally unnecessary on any unfinished movement.

Most skeleton watches like >>15932690 look super cheap and plastic it just looks like they have slapped a shitty chrome job on the movement like you would see on a budget bathroom taps.

Skeleton dials are the /wt/ equivalent of having a window engine bay if it's something really special a real work of art then it makes sense. What looks good on a Lambo or a Ferrari would look stupid on your regular 5 Series.

Display backs are a little more forgivable as they are mostly hidden even if they add a bit of thickness to the watch. they don't take away from the design to humor some smooth brain morons.

tl/dr on a skeleton watch the design IS the movement. It better be something fucking special
