Dude who wanted to buy these gloves last year, you still around?

I keep a spare set of IKEA-clothes, which consists of blue denim and a stained tee.

even more confused now

feels like you're fabricating a problem and projecting your own self-esteem issues on.. whoever? there's tonnes of insecure people on this site or just in general, but how is someone else's social anxiety an issue for you

just chill out, work on your own issues and dress the way you want to

I hear you, my "collection" never takes off because I've got zero self-discipline and just drink it all!!

Nikka is a great jap whisky though, also 60%, one of my favorites. Bottle looks good, too, which is always a plus.

Try Nikka from the barrel or whatever it's called, great stuff. Incidentally I'm also a scorpio sippin on some Laphroaig 10, lol.

winters in stockholm haven't been especially cold since 2010 or something, but I think I heard someone say this one is going to be one of the worst, so do with that as you will.

City turns into an ice skating rink though, navigating the streets without breaking a limb is going to be your main concern. Also try to avoid those 10kg chunks of ice that fall from the roof tops, if you see one falling ahead of you - turn around. They have a huge AoE, lol.

I've got a 2x1m cashmere shawl I just wrap around my face when the temp drops, I suggest you do the same. Big scarf, gloves, thermal underwear and a jacket/coat that goes below your butt is what I'd recommend.

and dont forget your fucking RAGGSOCKOR

Now answer my question again, in fewer words. You don't have to justify why this is your dream/vision/whatever to me, so skip that part. You don't even need to reply, this is supposed to help you - ponder your goal. Visualize your dream, then remove what's not important. Rinse and repeat until you know exactly what you want to do. Do you see where I'm going with this?

I'm not trying to put you down, what you described is noble and I respect that, but it's not a dream as much as an ideal scenario.

>> No.10592813 [View]

Convince us that this is your dream, first. Why do you want to be a designer?

Can you describe your vision without referencing the work of others?

I'm sure of it, but it's s pretty saturated theme to blog about. I pretty much exclusively follow people based on wether our personalities vibe OR if they post a lot of cool animals because I am into dem animals!!!

I'm notoriously bad at keeping track of time, but I want to say Crust. Somewhere between 09-11 he first introduced the smart phone-cut off fingertips, if I'm not mistaken. If not 09, they're probably 10. No later than 2011, that much I'm sure of.

I believe these are featured in the book, perhaps skim through and see if the actual season is in writing?

I assumed cupro, but got thrown off when I put them on. Is cupro woven or molded? Could there be some silk mixed in or cupro woven into satin?

>>10525427

I'm definitely going to wear these with some of my sleeveless knits, lool. The cuff adds enough drama on their own.

There are versions with ribbed, elastic leather cuffs - I specifically wanted these ones, though, feels like I'm wearing archery gauntlets lol. This is basically luxorious, incredibly well-made cosplay gear and I think that's pretty cheeky, hehe.

The anatomical panelling makes these really comfortable to wear, all fingers have their full range of motion, the thumb fits snuggly and stays close to my palm when closed, etc.

Fully lined, too. Not sure what the lining is, it looks and feel like silk BUT considering my hands are bone dry even after doing 5x5 pull ups (wanted to see wether the grip was purely visual or actually functional - it's the latter.) I'm not sure. Someone help me out, here.

I'm going to tighten the strap so they fit snug and proper, but other than that this is perhaps the purchase I'm the most pleased with - plus I don't ever see anyone buying Rick's more interesting accessories.

I keep forgetting this happens when you post using an iphone.

Thank you, these have been on my wishlist since they first got released. About 150 USD, +/- 20 USD, which is a steal for what I consider a grail, especially since the retailed for almost 1000 USD, If my memory serves me right.

Hooo boy these are immaculate. The grip is sturdy as all, the "matte" leather seems to be either waxed suede or a variation of the blistered leather (or blistered suede, I honestly can't tell), either way it's ridiculously luxorious to the touch.

Try it, if you don't like it you can just cut it. If anything it's fun to see what happens to your face when you've got long hair, it'll completely change how you look. No use worrying about your hairline, looks fine to me.

I'm pleased with having darker hair, emphasizes the curls and works well with my dark brows and lashes.

Straight hair can look great, yes, but it can also look limp, especially when blonde. Comfortable as all hell and easy to manage, though. I second your desire for looong hair, im just going for big hair, as well. :V

I had straight, platinum blonde hair as a child. My twin sister still do, oddly enough. I didn't have hair this curly or dark until I broke up with my ex and shaved it all off in like.. 2010.

Ignore that person raving about straight hair, regular straightening will decimate your hair in the long run, unless you've got a really good iron and bathe your hair in avocado oil.

Buy any sulphate free shampoo and conditioner without tonnes of silicone. My go to-brand is Aveda, but it is expensive - Living Proof, Bumble and Bumble et al. are cheaper but still good. When you find a product you like, buy the biggest container you can find, since you'll be using a shitload of conditioner. On the plus side, you'll almost never run out of shampoo since you'll be using it at most once a week, preferably less.

Buy a jar of coconut oil and do a hot oil treatment to kick it all off then repeat whenever it poofs up/goes dull. There's guides for this, but essentially it's just heating oil in a waterbath, massaging it into your hair and scalp, letting it sit (for at least an hour - best effect is achieved by sleeping with it in ya hair. It feels good as hell massaging your scalp with the hot oil, so smoke a joint and relax or whatever floats your boat.

Any way, having properly moisturized hair will make all the difference in the world, once it gets some length it'll weigh itself down and look great.

Avoid heat, avoid sharp tools (get a hand carved wide toothed comb and detangle when you've got conditioner in - no brushing, unless you've got a real good brush (i.e. mason pearson).

After you've showered, distribute some moisturizer (either a product, like Aveda's Be Curly Curl-enhancer or Moisture Infusion, or just some plain argan oil.) and that's it, basically.
