This is going to sound like such a brag, but actually I found other areas to be worse. I suffered on the chest, ribs, soles of the feet etc and I'd put pits somewhere in the middle. I can't wait to do the other one just for the bragging rights though. The debate is do I get them a matching colour or have the other in either a lavender purple or a yellow/orange.

I suspect sometime this year or next I'll have my inner thighs and genitals done. That'll be the tough one.

Maybe at a shitty shop, but with a good machine it's not as bad as that. It's true that as it fades they have to up the intensity and you might get some boiling on the burns (I did, just heap aloe vera gel on it afterwards and it helps). You should never have sessions close together though. From my own experience and every artist I've talked to about it: Spacing them out is the far superior option. Don't believe shops trying to block book sessions, it's just marketing. Technically once you've had it gone over with a laser once that's enough to fade a tattoo..although it would take years. More sessions increase the speed, but you have to leave your body time to actually start shifting the ink.
