I would grab a thin, waterproof shell, and some of those slippers they do. Maybe a few of their tee's too, they're pretty good quality

The cuffs are too high with those boots, the boots are too formal as apposed to the rest of the fit, and I'm not really digging the t shirt either. I would at least wear a button down, an oxford would look better
