No, it doesn't stop growing. Think of your hair like a rope. As time goes on, the ends begin to fray, creating split ends. If you don't cut them off, the "rope" will continue to unravel and your hair will become weak and ratty and prone to breakage.

Yeah. The blonde you have is a bit buttery and unnatural looking. Something darker and more mousy or cool toned would be nice to match your eyebrows a bit better. I love big eyebrows.

You can get your part to stay by continuously parting it in the same direction every time you do your hair, esp. when it's drying. Just try to break the habit of parting it in the middle.

And it's rare that middle parts suit anyone. I think they really only look good if you're doing some pulled back look like Arwen from LOTR.

Short on the sides is okay, just don't get crazy. The higher on the sides you go, and the shorter they are, the more attention it'll bring to your nose.

I think Adrien Brody looked cute as hell with long hair but maybe it's just me. I think the fact that it's less organized looking and more soft and shit helps to break up how angular his facial features are. Also beard.

For big noses in general though, don't do a HY, because it's so centered it'll just draw attention to your nose. Same with middle parts.
