Yeah, stronk this. If you aren't confident, you probably aren't cool since being confident is usually what makes you cool.

The first issue can be solved by visiting a dermatologist, and washing your face regularly, and changing pillow covers etc.

The second one can be sort of fixed by just going out of your comfort zone. See a girl you don't mind making a fool of yourself in front of? Just go to her and start talking to her about anything and everything. It'll feel super awkward at first, but soon you won't really have issues talking with the girls that matter a lot more to you.
