and then i dry fast my nuts off for 3 days. im currently 48 hours deep and I have not even THOUGHT of food yet. bout to sleep and i might even go for 96 hours. thats 4lbs of pure fat shredded off my stomach in 4 days with 0 exercise and 0 calorie counting and 0 restriction

I have a big long rant about insulin and leptin and why this works better and you feel less hungry but I don't want to be dogmatic about it :)

i was distinguishing between the two. if you burn 60 calories BMR per hour, and then go walk 5km in 1 hour, you will burn 60 from BMR and 60 from walking, for a grand total of 120 calories burned during that hour

ahhaha i'm too lazy to google the exact number, 100g is like 3.2oz so 50g of fat is what you can reasonably hope to burn by moderate exercise per hour. seriously.

this is why the main way to lose body fat is prolonged fasting, and then eating a correct maintenance calorie amount when the fat is gone, coupled with some exercise for circulatory and muscular health

to put it in perspective, a human body will burn between 60-80 calories per hour while just laying on the couch doing nothing, and if you are walking at a normal pace for one hour, you will burn those 60-80 plus another 60-80.

In other words, that one little bite of cheese requires a full hour of walking to burn off

it is high, i agree. I fast for days and then maintain around at 1400-1700 per day

all weight loss is hormonal, you cant eat small meals all day and expect to lose weight enjoyably. insulin will be too spiked for too long

it's really easy to maintain on OMAD eating way more than 1300 calories. do you not like to eat food?

if you want to maintain, but hate food, just eat a 100 calorie pack of fruit snacks every hour or two. your insulin will skyrocket and you will never lose a pound again

Alright /fa/ first time on this board and I've come here for some opinions.
