i have a tattoo

and you really dont realize what it means to have something on you for the rest of your life till you have had it for a few years.

it is an insane thing to realize. and its definitely not a good idea to get a tattoo unless you are 1000 percent sure of what you want.where you want it. how big you want it and what meaning it has on you.

also i reccomend getting something that will mean something to you for the rest of your life..EVEN if you are 65 years old. or 45 or 35

make sure you research the BEST tattoo artists in your area. and compare them to national artists.. dont settle for a bad artist.. also dont cheap out if you cant afford it dont get it.

in my honest opinion the best looking tattoos over time are neo traditional,traditional, or japanese.

custom styles and lots of color fades and ages bad!

in traditional ,neo traditional, and japanese the style ages really well and fits the shape of the body very good.

something to note. who knows what tattoo removal technology will be in 20 years.. so you might be fine if you regret it when you are 40
