the thing that surprises me most is that you know so much and so little at the same time. apparently ppl are talking shit behind my back but I'm the type of person to invite them to say it to my face if they really think so. apparently my internet person seems so vapid to you that I seem like I don't pick my fashoin friends on anything on the clothing they wear. Nothing less is true - I have grown to also look past the clothing and have made true friends like this.

getting mocked online is not a metric usable as an illustation of good styling/aesthetics, especially since it only happens on /fa/

you read so much into something a more harmless than you make it out to be. I'm here, and I will probably be here for a long, long time. this is fun to me, no matter how many people like to psych evaluate me based on the few interactions they've seen me have online

I appreciate the valid criticism - rest assured most of my day-to-day wear really doesn't look as adventurous as my online activity make it out to be.

but with regards to the more adventurous clothing I wear - I've only had good feedback by people irl. and if there's something off they're not afriad to say so too. hasn't happened since I went even more andro/adventurous. idc if ppl point and laugh at me - I have wholeheartedly accepted the fact that the clothing I wear is unconventional enough to shock ppl.

you want me to dress more conventional maybe, approachable is a better term probably. I hate it. I hate the 90% of the clothing that brands make, branded tees and hoodies, navy pants with conventional cuts, that keep the ball rolling. I see the vision of a designer, a runway look or a piece in a look book, and want to replicate it. incorporate in my own wardrobe, reinterpret it, admire the piece and every element of it. I don't want the average overpriced buttoned shirt, I want the one that has plaquets and embroidery. I want my clothing to be art.
