Just finished making this for a Christian along with another 10 or more assorted clocks. They are all handmade and finished with only the movements being bought in. I posted a few clocks last year on this site which aroused a little interest. I shall post some more . Have sold quite a few and at the prices i charge its not surprising...the Christian one was £25.00 and it took over 2 days to design and make

The saddlebags/boxes should be attached to side racks for safety and stability. I have shown a pic of my Yamaha Virago with side racks attached, these racks come in multitudes of sizes and shapes so you should be able to find a pair for your Honda.

2 more Buddha clocks that have gone to good homes. I have many Buddhist friends and made loads of these types of clocks, but all different.

The real driving force behind the original toys and not be able to afford anything was that I raised my son on my own from when he was 3 yrs old. When you've got fuck all you have to improvise. The new picture shows an attack helicopter....well, that's what my son called it.
made in 1981 from plain old pine then varnished. I made quite a few of these which he used to take as presents for birthday parties. he got invited to quite a few because all the other kids wanted one. Its about 15ins long and 8 ins high for the rest you use your imagination.

This is where it all started back in 1982 making toys for my son because I could not afford to buy 'Star Wars' products. The yellow striped toy is 24ins long by 12ins high, i suppose it was my idea of future passenger vehicles equipped with computers etc. The battleship is made from discarded mahogany pieces, I made a complete fleet of ships, tankers, suplliers, destroyers and even an aircraft carrier. Again no plans were used, I could not very well ask the government for a blueprint of their defence weapons. My sons friends loved these toys because there was nothing like them in the shops.

Have posted a 5 clocks on Esty at differing prices, and guessed at postage costs because i haven't done it before. The two posted here were quite simple to make although getting the design right meant cutting various pieces and just seeing what looks the best

If I could get a good price 4 the clocks i'd consider doing it as a business, but most people seem 2 want mass produced plastic ones.

This was made to order at an agreed price of £50. It took 2 full days to cut out and paint. The buyer then said it was too expensive and offered me £30. I told him to fcuk off, he then said he'd pay the original price. I told him the price had gone up to £100. At which point he did fcuk off....wanker!.........This clock is fitted with backlighting and looks pretty cool in dark room, but you can see that.

Accuracy, especially when constructing the neck and placement of the bridge. Get these wrong and you'll never be able to tune it properly. If you can get a neck off an old guitar, and they are about, it may be better and save you a lot of time.

There's a post on on this board about shields. i was asked if i could make a Henry VIII shield a last year, she was quite pleased with the finished product.......although i wouldn't want it to protect me in battle

Circumcisions with a fretsaw, do u think I should advertise in the Israel Gazette?

>> No.537708 [View]

The price varies, but its usually enough to pay for the materials etc. I don't charge for my time otherwise they'd be £200+. Anyway I am not in business to make clocks, I make them as a therapy, i have severe arthritus in my hands and am epileptic, which can be funny at times when i pick up a tool and cannot stop shaking....I'd be a fcuking menace in a workshop surrounded by pepes..lol.........I use to work with computer software, but you try typing when your hands are shaking.....people used to bring me a coffee just for laugh and then watch me try and drink it.

When i first started I was breaking a blade every minute or so, now however i can use the same blade until its more or less bereft of teeth. The easiest way to tell is when the wood begins to burn. I do cut out more complex pieces, like heraldic figures, like this yellow clock made for a friend....and i only charged him £20. Most of the clocks are 350mm x 300mm or 400mm dia.

There's a place near a canal in London UK where there is a community of people living in those shipping containers. I have seen them somewhere, I suppose though they have modified doors and maybe a window or two
