screw test was inconclusive, all drills ran screws through 2x4.
note: drill #2 started smoking motor at switch:2, shaft: 1/drill setting
i kinda stopped and didnt bother with 4th test of switch:2 , shaft:20

before i had impact gun, i used to dry and drill pieces of wood together with these big grey screws and they would almost never screw all the way in and the screw gun would start going "click click click" what was this click click click? some sort of clutch or gear slipping?

Anyone ever prints circle on anet a8 and finds it' not circle enough? Picrel is the result and i ve placed it on other circle of the same file and printed on other printers and they match
But somehow it misses like 1 mm diameter i guess. Either that or the guy has cylindrical eyes or something

What do i do to... "make it more circle"?

I plan on it just being me and whatever ho is over on any given night. I'm minimalist so I can make the furniture and layout work. They're cozy and aesthetic. The particular land I'm looking at has a decent view and an A Frame appears to be appropriate on many fronts. Natural light coming in from the north and south would be adequate.

HVAC considerations? Heat pooling in the apex of the roof during the winter? Massive heating costs where natural gas lines aren't available and LP is the standard? Would a heat exchanger be appropriate vs a furnace/AC combo?

Is the cost per "usable" SF higher than a traditional home since so much space is lost to steep angled walls?

Also, say I wanted a separate work shop or garage. Having a pole barn or quonset next to an aesthetic A Frame would indisputably look retarded. Am I setting myself up for failure by having such an aesthetic home next to a wholly unmatching workshop?

They look simple to construct and cost effective. I like open, lofty homes and intend on living alone for the rest of my days. What am I missing? Horrible resale value? Is it really a niche interest? Will I regret it over a traditional ranch or American Foursquare?
