Hey /diy/ , i found this old solar charger, i tested the cell with a voltimeter and it works! so, i'm pretty sure that all the board works.
can you tell me how to wire it to use it (charge it) with that 9v battery?

ok, i went to /g/ but there everyone thinks that i have dark intentions, so i came here.
The project: I want to mount a wireless file share system like the piratebox(google it), by now i have my linux server ubuntu 12.04, fonera router, 15dbi omnidirectional antenna and time. So i want to install a system that allows everyone who connects to the wifi deploy by the fonera router upload and download files, without password or usernames. Right now i'm using ownCloud, a private cloud system, but i can't remove the login screen, so any ideas, tips, advices or help?

Ok, OP Here again, this is what that circuit used to be. a mobile flash of a sony ericsson T610. so 10V are reasonably. so, maybe use low voltage, like 5.5V. can be functional? any resistors?
