Whiteboards only work because they are so smooth, a piece of glass is a whiteboard by default unless coated. I'm curious about this too, I have a few that are just too worn down to use anymore.
If mine weren't cheap wood based ones anyway I would try a buffer, like what you would take scratches out of a car with to restore the surface. (A car, when the paint is extremely nice, is also a whiteboard)

Consider going to a power racing series event with it. Basicially the rules are: a real helmet, under $500 build cost, and have a real brake (no regen-only).
Also have to keep under a certian current limit (effectivly 1HP if old repurpsed stuff, can be up to 2 if you are all new brushless dc and efficient.
There are one or two 24v kits on ebay that half of the teams use because they were sick of old heavy motors.
/end shilling (it's just really fun)

Also, harbor freight tires WILL explode if you race on them, but are fine otherwise.

Ha! I knew I couldn't be the only one in power racing series that lurks here, sucks about Make.

Don't skimp on bolstering the chassis and pnumatic tires, even just throwing a real battery into a stock one will make it flip if on grass (ask a pals elementry school aged daughter how I know)

I use these, they are way quieter, can easily mount in a window if you build a frame (instead of having to cut a hole in house) work off standard 120, usualy have 3 speeds, and can be found used for dirt from HVAC places

A good, often free intermediate for a screen is Tyvex housewrap. You can find it in the dumpster at your nearest construction site or buy some. Worse than a proper screen, but much better than a bed sheet.

>I install cams for a living
Why would someone lie on the internet

>set the video quality high and the frame rate low.
This, if you want evidence (not that some few hundred doller deal would give you much) you need the highest quality stills to print out and bring with, you cant ask a cop or a judge to watch your youtube channel over a few thousand in damages.

>the match
you have already been marked as a potential target, any cam functional or not in plain sight is a plus but my recommendations would be:
a loudass tv and lamp on a timer
a loud door alarm (the cheap kind) + a nehibor
a pal to offer your place for them to stay in until you return (aka the only viable defence in your income bracket)

>is it internally series or parallel wired
Here is a trick that will work great or give false data depending on the enclosure the speakers are in
Lightly hold your finger on speaker 2 while forcing speaker 1 in and out. If they are wired in parallel the 2nd speaker will move slightly by the electricity generated by moving speaker 1. If wired in series there is no complete circuit to move speaker 2.
This falls apart in a sealed enclosure or many other designs as it is the air being compressed that is moving the other speaker instead of the electricity generated. It's one of those things you just get a feel for i guess.

This.
If you dont want wood colored furniture dont buy wood furniture. I'm sure ikea has a sale.

As for your request, there are no shortage of videos describing the process: basically harming oil paints drying in a way that it cracks, then blasting it with either chemicals or light to accellerate the aging process. To anyone who knows this stuff it will be painfully obvious, but to a casual passerby it can pass. My issue is another nice piece of furnature that someone would seek to refinish being ruined under the guise of 'good'nuff'

Be aware of the fire risk of hanging floor to cieling kindling in a shop. Stuff like fabrics, bad carpet, bad styrofoam can turn a little burn mark into a structure fire.
Rockwool as >>1646331 mentioned (or even exposed fiberglass batting) is wonderful stuff as a halfway point in compared to picrel

There is a lemons style race for cheap diy carts, it's called Power Racing Series (because they cant legally call it powerwheels(tm) racing anymore.
Dude brought a shopping cart with 1 wheel drive via a dewalt drill one year and raced it. It was a huge hit with the crowd even if outclassed by all the 'real' carts

The guage situation is an obvious trap. He is not qualified to remove them legally, WHEN he comes back he's bringing an EPA agent, as whatever it was that OP said, was worth losing $200 guages for the satisfaction of satisfaction.

What a good idea.
Note they dont insta make ozone (close but not instantly), the generator would have to be triggered by the water spigot. Also, you would want to always turn off the spigot after a 'gulp' else the ozone would leak out into the room, and (at least the one I intend to make to try your idea) that would be a massive amount.

Also, ozone destroys rubber quick, find another way to seal the tank to the base or have spares.
Also, ozone will rust into nothing anything that isn't plastic or stainless

Ya, don't do it, just put sheetrock on top. The lath structure and the robustness it brings is all but forgotten in modern home construction. Besides sound and temperature benefits, dont spend tons of energy to make something worse.
