Shitty lumen output for the size and weight
>dollar lights
Fuck those things in the ass, I shouldn't even have to explain why.

You could a far brighter more versatile EDC light that's half the size and outperforms all three of those lights in many different ways.
If you are going to bother EDC'ing a bunch of gear why not get the best gear you can afford?

So a while later, I get a call from him and he asks me to come over to the house to take a look.
I get there and its a massive house over on the fancy side of town. Guy says "we dont have any use for a lot of this stuff, we live across the country and just want to get rid of everything we cant sell for a significant amount."
Opens the garage door, Lathe on a bench with hand ground HSS bits laying everywhere all sorts of awesome tools and etc. We didn't take _everything_ but some of the more notable scores was the south bend lathe, cylinder column drillpress/mill, brand new never been flown nitro RC helicopter (hanging from the ceiling as we walked in the door) two electric wheelchairs and probably the most impressive thing about it was the guy had this electronics room, a whole room full of all kinds of components, the guy apparently worked for nasa on solar panel research and development back in the early days. So that's where that proto panel came from along with some other easy to grab assorted parts cabinets.

Yeah, funny story where I got it from...
So I call up napa auto parts looking for some 12 volt deep cycle gel cell batteries for a wheelchair, they say they have them in stock so I go down there to pick them up on my...wheelchair. So I get there and there's this other guy in the store looking for the exact same battery, clerk for some reason thought we were the same person on the phone, he says there's only two in stock (we both needed two) I go hunting on the shelves for some and find two more. The other dude buying the other set says to me "hey, I'm buying these batteries for my dads chair, he's pretty terminally ill right now and we probably wont need his chair for much longer, when he passes can I give you a call?" Gave him my number.

You can always get denatured alcohol in the painting department of any hardware store, sometimes even grocery stores carry them.

Yep, no problem
Might want to find one with "machine" style threads so that they aren't digging into the teeth on your drill chuck, that or just file them down.

I would use steel pipe. Personally. Most places that you get 2" diameter pipe will also cut it to length for you.

I didn't know that was considered grey water, I normally just pour the bacon fat into a mason jar and throw that away once its full, if the plants get a lil bacon fat on em they wont care, and I'm talking just the stuff you scrub off the pan.
