How to wire a new stereo?

it comes with its own adapter however very few of thew colors match, from my multimeter i know the orange and black have 12 volts, so im asuming the rest are coming in pairs of 2 from the 4 speakers in the car,

so, if the colors dont match, how can i make sure im wiring everything ok?

pic related,

left pic, its the car wires most of them also come from the inside of the car, Orange and black ones got 12v in them in pairs,

right pic , the stereo adapter cables also come in pairs but in diferent colors, and also the yellow and black wires are bigger than the rest

the little adapter has

>ESD earth plug

i just got one too

i forgot to mention thats the little round connector belongs to the ESD connector while the aligattor to the mat

the earth plug did not come with a manual so i dont really know how it works, im not surewhere to plug, i can see it has some high power resistances inside however im still not sure if i have to plug it directly to the nearest ground wire (since it has a little diagram that says i should)

Fluke just made an international version of the 17B, and yes it is made in china but, it still uses top quality components

you can look at its guts here

I have one and its probably the best buy i have done in a while

So i just finished this basic Power suppy and its working as expected however

I need to make a circuit so the currents dont swich outputs depending on the load, (they have to be de same in both outputs) currently dependindg of the load the channels will pull all the current needed even if that means leaving the other without any, i want to change that

i have no idea where to start to make a circuit that can do this

the upper circuit its what i have right now, fully working, rectified voltage is 20V DC, im losing a bit in the circuits of the 5v charger around (3v) and the variable power supply Rectifier bridge and and LT317 (-3.2V) that explains my output

Lower circuit its what i expect to do plugging the new circuit into my power supply and having 2 circuits with the same current no matter the load

i can change the amps of the transformer anytime however its not the objective right now, i just need to do a new circuit that splits the current by 2 for both channels

The diagram explains itself (i hope) hopefully anyone here can give me a lead of how can i do this using transistors

The ones i got are made 100 of plastic so they dont touch the metal case aat all, in theory i should only need 1 ground wire

Also i do have a sound system and an osciloscope that could get a benefit from this noise reduction you speak off and in theory (im still learning about groundloops in the osciloscope ) it should help me out stop the osciloscope from exploding by stopping the current loop that can happen when using multiple ground test leads... but still its my guess its not very reliable

sorry i still dont get it

Im reading nec and all the info i can find however, let me see if i understand,

It does have to be plugged to the ground wire however instead of using the ground system which is already in all the house, it actuall has to be installed with its own wire that goes from the outlet to the the electrode, without touching anything else, is this right?

it also has a ground conection behind it

So i just installing my ground wire all across the house (quite old), and im updating the outlets, when i was buying them i saw this orange ones called "isolated ground" so i bought 3 just to learn whats up,

i already tried googling but i get confused since every page has its own version, can someone help me out to understand how the they work and how should i install them?

btw in worst case scenario i will just install 10 AWG wire in them and put them in a different circuit so i can use heaters in my house

I have bought several but all of them end up filling with sweat

I still have to find a set that doesnt get full of sweat when im working

I usually use these since i do electrical/electronic work most of the time around the house because the light its wuite useful, when i wear them i guess i look like a jerk tho

So DIY i have a question, i instaled a magnetic bar under my desk so i can hang my tools , it works as intended however many times my osciloscope, multimetter and soldering station cables come across it,

Can this affect in any way my meassurement instruments or my soldering station ?

pic related, soldering station and multimetter cables really near the magnetic bar
