find a round thing in the size you need, trace it on with pencil and cut it out with your jigsaw. drill a hole inside first for a place to plunge the blade. with practice you can cut near perfect circles with a jigsaw.

hoods are pretty easy to replace, 4 small bolts on the hinges and pop the new one on there. just make sure the latch lines up before tightening the new one down and find a friend to help you so you don't accidentally scratch up the fender or something.

get a length of pipe i.d. that will fit over the stub and bolt it on, t-bar handle on the toher end. , a welder would make short work of this.

van sized solar panels will barely power a laptop, much less your coffeemaker and hvac unit.

hondas are pretty simple: remove the ash tray, clock and cubby shelf, there are screws behind them and/or inside the vents that hold the main bezel on. then remove the 4 front screws holding the head unit frame in. there is also usually a 10mm bolt that you need to access from behind the dash that holds the frame steady. pull the frame and the radio is screwed to it from the sides. this of course assumes some talented diy'er hasn't epoxied the aftermarket one in there.

assembly is the reverse of removal.

i'd put a standard regulator on it and adjust the psi until it fills a one gallon freezer bag in 15 seconds. filling some balloons or is this an exit strategy?

eh not too bad, i'd put ointment containing topical anesthetic on it and change the bandage at least 3 times a day. you won't even remember it till you bump it on something.

this thread is relavent to my interests.

i found a peizo buzzer in a junk coffeemaker, and plan to build a tiny preamp that runs on 9v and an LM1458 ic. from there the output will go to a rca jack on the guitar, and i have an rca to 1/4" cable ready to go. found the amp schematic through google.

as far as body mods go don't ruin a nice dreadnought. build from scratch with a kit if you lack luthiers tools.
