You can get more torque on them and they strip less imh experience

Also, they may partially disassemble. Best to see if they do, might make it more bearable.

We used that pretty much to roll them up but we strapped the lathes to the little platforms. Had someone with a rope pulling while five other guys pushed from the back.

Laid it on the back of the lathe in a suburban. It is possible but you'll need five or six strong men.

GET A FUCKING RAMP. Put it on some rollers and roll that bitch in the truck. Fuck I hated moving the lathes at this place I worked. He moved from one town to another and had the business in his basement. Carried three of the fuckers out just to have to carry them down into another basement. They weigh a fuck ton and if you can get more than just the four of you I'd suggest doing that.

Good point. I don't use actual flames but an electrical heat source. That's why I'm comfortable with leaving it unattended.

Try uhh sweat soldering. Get some pieces of copper and clean up the edges and practice on that. Much easier.

I used silver solder, I'm not an idiot. Also I have a hotplate style heatsource that I have hooked up to a light dimmer calibrated to 178 degrees. And I've made alot of booze with it. But I do appreciate the words of advice.

I don't have any pictures of my still but I built it out of a keg and a three bolt flange with my reflux tower attached to that. I put my heatsource underneath it and let it run for a while come back every now and then to check on it when I run it.

WHen you first put your still together do a dry run with plain water to see if there are any leaks. Last thing you want is vaporized alcohol coming into contact with open flame. You'll die and it will look like you were trying to make meth after they sort through the debris.

Then get taken to the vet. As an untrained person your owner is going to kill you in an inhumane and horrific manner.

How about we start with something simple so you don't blow yourself up because your still sucks so much dick.

Get some activated yeast and a bottle of apple juice and mix them, cover opening of bottle with paper towel and rubberband it. Leave for a week, CONGRATS apple beer.

Someone want to explain what a geocache is? Is it like a dead drop in the middle of nowhere?

>> No.106817 [View]

Are you serious about making moonshine? I can tell you and direct you to sites with plans for stills but it can get a trifle expensive building a good still. And if you have no experience soldering or brazing it's gonna be that much tougher.
