Any tutorial? How did ya make it?

I'm totally new to the entire /diy/. I'll learn to solder this week-end, my knowledge on manual work is terrible.

Ho there, thanks.

Also sorry for the trip, forgot to remove it heh.

I'm a really shitty DDR player, but I really enjoy it. I want to make my own pad out of this very pad.

I've seen a few tutorials on the interwebs, but do you guys think it's even a good idea to recycle just the electrics in this very shitty pad and transform it into an arcade style DDR mat?

I just turned 21, going back to finish my chem/physics of HS to re enter CEGEP(Pre uni(2 years)) again. I went for 3 years there just partying...

I'm a janitor earning 14,20$/hour, ain't too bad I guess. I work 2 hours and get paid for 4, so it's technically 28,40$ hour. I still don't know what to do in life... I kind of want to go into university for my own good and because it's cheap in Canada. Probably into the Mathematics and computing field.

I'm just gullible as fuck. I listen to theses stupid podcasts about retarded CEO marketer selling me big dreams(no, I will never buy their fucking ebooks) because I studied the thing for about 5 months and thought it would be my future. Affiliate marketing is retarded and it's more trouble than what it's worth.

tl;dr : I'm a failure and my dream is to be a freelance programmer for the Mobile industry. Or just keep dreaming big and always be an underachiever.

I'll post some of what I already have. I just want to do like 1 or 2 little boxes or whatever. I am not decided on what to do, I just have no idea.

Like I said, it cost more to send the Portapros then to buy a new pair.

Also, the wires are torn inside the JVC... I can't simply glue that shit back in. I need some way to rehook the wires...

Yeah but where it broke it's supposed to spin to fold the headphones.

I guess no more folding...

I am a DIY retard trying to learn.

How do I even use Epoxy properly?

Did you see up the thread? It would cost me 30$ to get them repaired... aka almost the price of a new pair.

Look at this picture folks.

Would it work with Crazy Glue?

I know, but being canadian is suffering. It will cost me 8$ directly to portapro... and mailing this shit will be like 20$.

I rather repair this pair myself with some GOOD glue(or whatever I am told to use) and buy a brand new pair for 40$...

Also sup.

Well the first one have the wires torn off. It's a pair of JVC at 100$, pretty quality. There's only 1 wire to come off of the headphones, which passes in the little metal pin you see in the picture.

The portapros only have the plastic broken... I wonder which kind of glue I should take. Or should I just... tape it? I will be using them while working(semi public) so I would like not to look like an idiot, if possible.

I'm actually impressed my cellphone can take pictures this clean.

Anyway, how the fuck do I repair theses?

Thanks /diy/

Here's the thing, I keep breaking my headphones because... I don't know, I'm terribly unlucky.

I broke my portapros when they, by accident, slipped out of my fucking pocket right into my bag where I put my binders and I didn't see it. I put my binder it, and horrifyingly hear "clack".

My
>pic related
Broke when I was just simply getting them out of my head. The glue snapped and because of my movement momentum the earpiece did 3 turns and the wires snapped completely.

Can this one even be repaired?

I will post my portapros later. My portapros simply have a piece of plastic snapped, I guess I just need recommendation to fix them so they don't snap when putting them on my head.
