that stove doesn't work very well really.
it may seem like a neat idea,,,,,, but it doesn't hold much fuel--and with no pressure driving the fuel and being so small, it doesn't heat up pans very well at all.

if you had enough foresight to bring along camp fuel when camping, you would do much better to also go BUY a real camp stove.

This one pisses me off.
One, its fucking OBVIOUS that thats how you could make it(Hurr, want to hollow out a book? Step one... cut the core out!)
Two, its a stupid idea
Three, its a shitty way of doing it. Take the pages you want to hollow out and put them in a C-clamp. Drill a pilot hole in the center. Use a hobby saw to cut the actual cavity out. Spray aerosol glues on the inside of the cavity, than wood glue. Than glue the shell to the back of the binding. Voila! 10x faster without having to use a exacto knife to cut 400 squares, and a paintbrush to paint the edges of the pages together.

This is what happens when idiots who normally do scrapbooking try to take on a job better suited for a carpenter(Just treat all the bundled pages as a block of wood)

>>501599
Hobo stoves dont need camping fuel. They will burn with anything that can ignite. Best option, from what i understand, is everclear. The more practical thing to use would be a high % rubbing alcohol.(since everclear is about 20x more expensive per ounce)

You can make an alcohol lamp (spirit burner) from a glass jar with lid, piece of metal tubing (used ammo casing), a little solder and something like paper or cloth for the wick.

You must not go to gyms.
It's for lockers. You know, for stuff you have with you that you don't want to carry around. Or for locking up a bike outside. You need a key, or else that shit gets stolen. And a lot of gym shorts don't have pockets. And really, if you're using your legs at all, the key would likely fall out.

There are no gyms where I live. Not within at least 500 miles or so. People just run/walk along the roads.

Sounds like a DIY pocket with snap/velcro closer is in order. Or, use a lanyard like most people do.
