even if used for candles, by the time the paint does actually peel off, you're probably going to be ready for new home decor (or even if not, they're not exactly expensive to replicate)

You know all those boxes you get from Costco? I stack them up one wall of my apartment to use as shelves. I stick them together with tape and cover them in shitty gift wrapping. It works great for holding books, shoes, and my keys and wallet.
