Starting with Limoncello how-to. Anyone think there will be anything wrong with cutting this recipe in half?

Also, I can't find anywhere that sells 1.7 liter bottles of 100 proof vodka. The smirnoff bottle shown in the infographic is 80 proof. any help?

Easy Fruit Liquor

Ingredients:
- Vodka or some other Alcohol with few selftaste
- Fruit, you can take any fruit you want
- Vanilla, it gives a nice sweet flavor to you liqour
- Sugar
- A stick of Oak

Take a Jaw and insert the Fruit, the Vanilla and the sugar, such as the stick of oak. Then make the Jar full of you favorite nonselftasting alcohol, (in my case its vodka) and close the jaw. Put it on your window boarder for approx. 2 weeks or longer, the longer the better (until fruit have no color). The Liqour is finished when you can't see any hard sugar any longer, but more some thick lines in the drink.

Optional step: Filter is through a tee filter into a bottle.
Now you can enjoy it without the fruit peaces in your mouth.
I've done this often enough, and it always taste joyfull. Friends keep asking me if I can sell some of it to em ;)

Tip for the distilling part here: Keep it at ~70 Celsius for a while!
Be carefull with the outcome, it is the dangerous Methanol. Poor it away (or in the car tank of somebody you dont like), when nothing comes out any more. After that, you a free to heat it to ~78, you get pure Ethanol. And pure means PURE!
So mix it 1:1 with water, else you have 90-95% medical alcohol, this is not drinkable! (Or it is, its just not very good).

Fact: Methanol gets gas at 65 degrees Celsius.
Ethanol at 78.

So if you distill slowly, you are mostly secure.
