Hey guise.
Does anyone know where I can find barbicide-style jars?

Call me crazy, but I want to make terrariums, aquariums, and coffee presses out of them.

ALSO: does anyone have any CREATIVE DIY TERRARIUM ideas?

edit: where can I find barbicide-style jars ON THE CHEAP?

>> No.202514

Ask a barber/cosmetologist friend. They'll be able to buy them for cheaper at professional only stores that aren't open to the public

>> No.202520

>search google for barbicide jar
>see prices for large jars are $20-35

How much cheaper hoping to get them for? Seems like a fair price.

google is your friend

They have french presses that are kinda like barbicide jars. If the prices in >>202520 >>202544 are out of your price range you might be able to find one of those at a thrift store easier than a barbicide jar.

What size terrarium ideas are you
Looking for op

Those things are too small for an aquarium; with 1 liter maximum size, you could never keep the water in a chemical stable condition which is suitable for fish etc. Maybe if you only put plants in them...

Oh my. I have seen barbicide jars twice at thrift stores. I was almost temped to buy them, but I had no idea what I would do with them.
