Since 1982 they've been 2.5% copper, 97.5% zinc.

Yes. I actually have finished it. (well, not quite, since I'm still missing angles to hide my plywood cutting skills).
If I'm ever gonna make next one, I'd add more reinforcement, because it could have been stronger.

Indeed. Plywood as top is bogan material. Should have spend more and bought, idk, furniture board and just stained it. Or some 2x10 and live with those gaps.
At least it isn't as ugly as when I painted it with paint that decided to bubble up for no reason.
>>1871123
It is covered with acrylic varnish.

So. Overall.
>structure
OK, could have been stronger if I didn't decide to throw away one pipe. Lead-free solder is stronger, maybe, but it flows like shit, leaving a mess. I'd use leaded solder next time 100%.
>desktop
Shit. 15 mm plywood is too flexible, looks like shit. I'd get circular saw next time for sure. Orbital sander and router. But at this point I can probably make wood structure to look decent.

But it isn't. It is stronger than desk you can buy under $120, that is made entirely out of (((particle board))). Not as strong as I anticipated. Shouldn't have removed couple pipes from the construction.

Torch like pic related... Which is barely enough for 3/4...
