What would be the cheapest material to make a small mobile home type house with? Steel sheets?

Theoretically a frame out of OSB would be waaaaaay cheaper than some shitty shipping container of the same size right?

I got a buddy who wants to go in on some land with me and we each do our own trailer/small mobile home on the land by hand. He believes the shipping container meme and I told him you could probably just buy the sheet metal to for one for cheaper (hence the thread)

How would just building OSB compare in price?
