Blender tray gets a top face in Ultimaker Cura
the form is like a box without the top in blender software, every modifier has been applied so there are only faces on blender, but the software keeps adding a top to it, it wants to make the shape a perfect box and i don't want that, how do i make it work as it should?
my eyes see a 3d box without a top, cura in 3d sees that as well, but when previewing the slice the top gets added.

Post in the 3d printing general.
But i think you are trying to print an incomplete mesh, it doesnt look solid.

Do the walls have thickness?
They need to be solid rather than just a face

Previous posts are correct, you could try the "vase " feature tho as well

As others have said, there usually needs to be a thickness to the walls.

However, you can probably get it to do what you want (which, I assume, is a single-wall print) just by setting the number of top layers to 0.
