Hello
Do you know any source, where I could buy fabric similar to this on photo? I mean something with space, to sew a dress similar to this one.

YOU CANNOT BEND THE FABRIC OF SPACE TIME TO YOUR WILL

This looks like it was custom printed. I wasn't able to find any available fabric that looked even remotely similar. Everything has cheesy stars and planets.

OPs filename makes it readily apparent where it was found: http://blackmilkclothing.com/collections/dresses/products/galaxy-black-dress

It's completely custom, just like you say. Uses an actual NASA photo.

yes i know, i have one dress from blackmilkclothing, but it's too short (i took L size and it's still too short for me). and id like to change the upper part a bit

I've played around with "painting" dark fabrics with bleach a few times. I put zebra stripes on my pants that turned out quite well. You could probably produce something like that dress the same way. Drops of pure bleach for the stars, some diluted bleach for the cloudy parts; maybe a little dye for more color.

That model is exteremely atractive, any name?

Clearly, because if there's one place a womens' wear shop would spend their advertising dollars, it's 4chan.

Spoonflower has a lot of sales and they're pretty great at shipping times and answering back to you.

ooh, sound like you should post pictures... ;)
on a real note though, you could probably make the fabric yourself.
Start by using a very dark blue fabric
Use a brush or broom to splatter on white paint, you might want to wipe off the bristles a bit or you'll get strokes more than dots.
Then you can go at it with some spray to make the auroras.
Good luck!
