Never leave neodimium magnets near your magnetic bit holder. Especialy if magnets are ecxact diameter as bit holder's hole. Fuck! How to take it out? Im angry, but also its funny

You'll need to grind up some lead into a fine powder and sprinkle it into the bit holder so that it gets all around the magnet and neutralizes it's magnetic field. Then just turn it upside down and it should slide out.

Or just get a pair of fine-tip needle-nose pliers and yank it like it's a gold tooth from an old Jewish man's mouth.

seriously? The socket is just press-fit onto the hex shaft (assuming it has a hex-shaft which isn't 100% identifiable in the crappy pic).

You can put the hex portion in a vise and use a punch and hammer to knock the socket portion off. Remove magnet, and replace socket onto hex.

The socket itself is magnetic, he'll need a magnet with larger force at a greater distance, not terribly easy, especially with the surrounding socket shielding it somewhat. Superglue and compressed air are probably better ideas, also trying to push a piece of thread down one corner of the hex and out the opposite one.

He could try moving it really quickly past a slab of copper, but it probably won't work.

given what chineseium socket drivers are usually made out of, this would probably prove to be nearly impossible. it's also encapsulated, making for a nearly perfect magnetic circuit, and the geometry of what he can put in is limited.

That being said, this is how I used to do it when working with generator magnets

- take rod of mild steel roughly same diameter as magnet
- cut flat, perpendicular face, polish a bit with a file to get good contact with magnet
- tiny drop of superglue to magnet, press steel rod onto drop - careful of amount of glue, don;t want to glue magnet in
- pull magnet out
-apply acetone
- ?????
- PROFIT
